Job Title: Product Development Coordinator – Jewelry
Position Overview: The Product Development Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Merchandising & Product Development. This role is foundational to the Jewelry division, providing essential day-to-day support to ensure product milestones are met and the development calendar remains on track. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in luxury accessories.
Primary Responsibilities
Merchandising Support: Assist the Director in the seasonal merchandising of jewelry collections; maintain up-to-date line sheets and visual merchandising tools.
Sample Management: Own the end-to-end sample process—ordering, tracking, and organizing samples for the showroom, photo shoots, and client presentations.
Market Research: Support the development process by gathering data for seasonal trend reports and conducting competitive market analysis.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Design and Production teams to ensure design specs are communicated clearly and deadlines are monitored.
Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain accurate product data in internal systems and assist in pulling weekly sales reports to help inform merchandising decisions.
Production Liaison: Work closely with production teams to track manufacturing status and ensure timely delivery of product launches.
Vendor Communication: Assist in daily correspondence with vendors regarding product updates, sampling feedback, and shipping logistics.
Administrative Support: Manage departmental calendars, project trackers, and other tasks as needed to keep the division running efficiently.
Skills and Competencies Required
1–3 years of experience in merchandising or product development (relevant internships included)
Fashion or Bridge Jewelry experience required.
Exceptional follow-up skills and a "no task is too small" attitude.
Comfortable working with numbers and basic retail math.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with different personalities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot priorities quickly to meet tight deadlines.
A genuine interest in the watch and jewelry industry and a desire to learn the business from the ground up.

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $67k-$70k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
