Job Description

Are you an experienced Product Developer with a passion for kidswear and a background in licensed products? We are now looking for a Product Developer to join our KIDS Complements team and take part in developing exciting, commercial products with strong brand value. You have a great eye for upcoming Kids fashion trends and their lifestyle. You are positive and energetic, creative and playful and a great communicator – and you understand the importance of balancing design, quality, and profitability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Product Developer within KIDS Complements, you will play a key role in the end‑to‑end product development process — from idea and design handover to final production. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, sustainability, and on‑time delivery. A core part of the role is working with licensed products, where accuracy, brand guidelines, and approval processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive the product development process from first sample to finished product, ensuring strong execution and translating the vision into a final product, driving it all the way to completion.
• Work with licensed brands, ensuring all products follow brand guidelines and approval processes
• Manage samples, fittings, comments, and product revisions
• Secure correct quality, fit, materials, colors, and details
• Collaborate closely with Design, Buying, Garment Technicians, and Sourcing
• Communicate daily with suppliers and follow up on timelines, costs, and deliveries
• Ensure products meet commercial and profitability targets, sustainability requirements, and customer expectations

 

WHO YOU ARE 

• Previous experience as a Product Developer, preferably within kidswear or accessories/complements
• Previous experience working with licensed products (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of the full product development process
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A structured, solution‑oriented way of working
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

This is a full time, 1 year temporary position with placement in Stockholm.
