The Product Developer will work on real-world, in-house product initiatives focused on building and scaling AI-powered automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-stack product development, production-grade systems, and agile delivery while contributing directly to features that drive real business impact.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-enabled product features that support workflow automation and intelligent agents.
• Work across the full stack using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js, Flutter, and related frameworks.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and scalable user interfaces.
• Integrate applications with databases such as PostgreSQL and ensure efficient data handling.
• Debug, test, and deploy features in fast-paced agile sprints.
• Contribute to production-grade architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization efforts.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with at least one backend language such as Ruby, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js and backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or other MVC architectures.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Git-based version control, and collaborative development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
