Job Description

As an Experienced Product Designer (UX & UI) in the Wix Design System team, you’ll play a central role in shaping and evolving Wix’s design foundations. 

• Manage the entire design cycle, from research to crafting pixel-perfect UI for every scenario and state, all the way to handoff to development.
• Conduct extensive product research based on data, usability sessions, support tickets, and competitive analysis.
• Educate and mentor designers across Wix about best practices for using the Design System.
• Define and maintain clear contribution and maintenance processes for components, from creation to adoption.
• Drive consistency across multiple products while balancing flexibility and scalability.
• Deliver thoughtful, high-quality visual design in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, brand designers, UX writers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on design systems.
• Deep proficiency in Figma — including variables, tokens, components, and themes.
• Experience with large-scale production design systems and multi-product environments.
• Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
