We are looking for a Product Designer with a high appetite for learning, innovation and to contribute to building intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
In this role, you will be part of the design team delivering user-centered solutions grounded in foundational UX principles, modern design tools, and AI-enabled platforms. You will collaborate closely with a diverse, multicultural team of designers, product managers, and engineers with varied experience, helping build the next generation of financial applications across multiple global markets.

This role is based in Manila, Philippines and reports directly to the Product Design Lead for the Philippines team.
You will:
• Take ownership over design and improvement of features and functionalities across our B2B and B2C products.
• Bridge UX and UI through leveraging sound design principles and user research to create concepts, journey maps, and flows, coupled with a high degree of comfort in producing high fidelity prototypes and screen designs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product development process.
• Conduct research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods including surveys, interviews and testing.
• Effectively communicate design ideas, research insights, and rationale to teammates and stakeholders.
• Translate user insights and feedback into practical, user-friendly solutions for defined design challenges.
• Contribute to raising the quality of our products through thoughtful improvements in usability, functionality, visual polish, and overall user experience.
You are:
• Proactive and take ownership of your work, following through from concept to delivery with accountability.
• Able to simplify complex user flows into intuitive and easy-to-use experiences.
• Skilled in creating clean, polished, and visually consistent user interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable using modern design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across every aspect of your work.
• An effective communicator who collaborates well with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teammates.
• Quick to learn new domains, including financial products, compliance requirements, and regulatory constraints.
• Highly empathetic toward users and able to uncover actionable insights through UX research.
You have:
• A Bachelor’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years work experience on products that have launched to market and can demonstrate how your designs contributed to real user and business goals.
• Experience working in fintech, travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or other fast-paced digital product environments.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates clear problem-solving, user-centered thinking, and high-quality web and mobile app design case studies.
• Hands-on experience in product design across web and mobile applications, including user research, UX design and prototyping with a strong understanding of platform best practices and responsive design.
• A working knowledge of design systems and experience applying reusable components, patterns, and guidelines consistently across products.
• A strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with experience creating polished, trust-focused user experiences that use clear communication, security cues, and thoughtful interactions.
