Your mission will be creating a crystal-clear, quality user experience. We don’t want our users getting lost in complex interfaces. We believe there is no technical challenge that can’t be transformed into a smooth and friendly experience for our clients.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM :

You'll be a part of a team of 7 people reporting to our Lead of Product Design. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Tech & UX writers, to ensure that the tribe achieves the best results possible.

The Bare Metal tribe oversees three product portfolios: Dedibox / VPS / Dedirack, Elastic Metal, and Apple Silicon. The team is composed of one head of product and 3 PM, working together to shape the future of dedicated servers, Cloud Bare Metal and Apple Silicon products. With 150+ product references, we serve prosumers, SMBs, large enterprises and public-sector customers, enabling them with the latest bare metal technologies that fit a broad range of use cases, with best-in-class price/performance ratios, and a seamless end-to-end digital experience.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE :
- Discover & Define: You’ll jump into user interviews or user story mapping to understand your users’ problems and produce measurable solutions through meaningful product and business metrics.
- Delivery: You will produce low/high-fidelity prototypes in order to present meaningful solutions during design review and developers handoff, understanding the whole developer experience.
- Testing & Quality: You know that a design is good only if it works! With the help of your PM and the UX Research team, you’ll organize usability and user testing and report results to your team.
- Impact: You know how to demonstrate impact through meaningful KPIs issued of qualitative and quantitative data.
- People & Collaboration: You’ll be part of your tribe’s triforce, working closely with your PM, Front-end Developers, Tech & UX writers, to ensure the best value delivered in a collective way.
- Culture: As part of the Design team, you’ll play a role in evangelizing Design internally by participating in onboardings or other internal events!

SOFTSKILLS :
- Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, internally and externally
- Strong team spirit with a commitment to team development.

- Proactive mindset with a readiness to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.

💻 HARDSKILLS :
- 5+ years experience in a similar product design position
- A high level of expertise of Figma
- Experience in documentation and presentation
- Experience in dashboard interfaces design
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics tools (amplitude, hotjar, tableau…)
- Experience working in tech companies
- Excellent command of English
