The Role

What You’ll Do 💪

• Design and ship delightful product experiences across mobile and web

• Partner with product engineers from early scoping to high-fidelity mocks

• Rapidly prototype concepts in Figma and code to communicate ideas and generate excitement

• Use data, user research, and design instinct to inform decisions and bring clarity to complex problems

• Maintain a high bar for craft and polish across every feature you touch, with a sharp eye for inconsistencies in the broader product experience

• Ship with speed and intention in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to move fast and when to slow down for the details that users notice and love

What You’ll Bring 🫡

• 2–7 years designing and shipping digital products, ideally at a startup or in consumer social

• A portfolio of production-shipped work showcasing strong visual craft, cross-platform range, and sharp product intuition

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate your workflow

• A collaborative mindset - you work well with others, leave ego at the door, and give and receive feedback with care

Bonus Points 🫨

Not required, but let us know if you have experience with:

• Motion design or microanimations (Lottie, Rive, pure CSS)

• Prototyping

• Storyboarding for animations and demo videos

• UX writing or microcopy

• Front-end development

• Creating iconsets

• Design systems

The anticipated annual salary for this position is $120k-$180k, plus a generous equity package. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed above).
