Product Designer (m/f/d) - with Sales focus

Product Designer (m/f/d)

Location: Baden-Württemberg, French border

Working hours: 40

Fixed-term for 12 months (with possibility of extension)

You will play a supporting role in bridging design, sales, and engineering teams to deliver unique, tailor-made solutions for our clients. This position involves managing global projects, supporting customer visits, and contributing to strategic market analysis.

• Support design management tasks, including creating renderings, project concepts, and system configurations
• Coordinate between sales, design, and engineering teams to finalize bespoke offerings
• Represent the team during customization sessions to ensure project progress
• Manage global projects to achieve configuration goals
• Assist with on-site customer visits and deliver engaging sales materials
• Maintain deep knowledge of products and competitors
• Analyze the luxury automotive market to support strategic decisions

• Self-motivated and creative with a structured, results-oriented approach
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• 3 years of experience in the luxury sector (e.g., automotive, fashion, etc.)
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus
• Strong knowledge of luxury brand management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Team player with a high level of commitment
