Job Description

We're looking for a talented Product Designer 1 to join our design team and help create exceptional user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to grow their skills while working on impactful products that serve millions of users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-4 years of product design experience

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools

• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles

• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback constructively

• Interest in understanding complex business domains and user workflows

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail

• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively

• Portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Execute well-defined design tasks under guidance from senior designers

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for features and improvements

• Conduct basic usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs

• Maintain and contribute to our design system components

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

• Participate in design critiques and team brainstorming sessions

• Document design decisions and maintain organized design files
