Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Aerospike, you will help shape the user experience and interface of the Aerospike Cloud Platform—our multi-cloud, multi-tenant solution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to design intuitive, scalable experiences that enable customers to get the most from our platform.

This role is ideal for a designer with a solid foundation in UX/UI who is excited to grow their craft while contributing to complex, high-impact products used by a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design thoughtful user experiences.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions.

• Contribute to user research and usability testing efforts to validate and improve designs.

• Help evolve and apply our design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

• Translate complex workflows into clear, usable interface patterns.

• Partner with frontend engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

• Continuously refine your craft and stay current with UX/UI best practices and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ~3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, ideally for SaaS or cloud-based applications.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Experience designing responsive web applications.

• Ability to think through user flows and interaction patterns for moderately complex workflows.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how frontend systems work.

• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design work and rationale.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working on B2B or enterprise products.

• Exposure to design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Familiarity with accessibility best practices.

• Interest in data visualization and dashboard design.

• Curiosity about cloud platforms, infrastructure, or developer-focused tools.
