Required Skills
Job Description
Domains are one of the first things a customer buys at Hostinger. You’ll own the end-to-end experience of domain management: finding the right domain, transferring, understanding what you own, and discovering what else you might need. It’s a surface that mixes high-stakes decisions with real commercial opportunity (upsell, cross-sell done right).
AI is changing this space too- from smarter domain suggestions to proactive management nudges. You’ll be designing those experiences, not just reacting to them.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the design of domain management and discovery experiences for millions of users.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell moments that feel helpful rather than pushy- good timing and good framing matter here.
• Work closely with PMs and engineers in a cross-functional team, from research through to shipped feature.
• Use AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, find patterns in user behaviour at scale.
• Conduct and synthesise user research to understand what customers actually struggle with- and why.
• Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch and keep improving.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products.
• Generalist mindset- you’re comfortable with UX research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.
• You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that’s speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics- enough to prototype in browser and collaborate closely with engineers.
• Strong communication skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.
• Familiar with analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar or similar)- you let data inform decisions without being paralysed by it.
• A portfolio showing real product work- process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.
What We Offer:
• Gross salary: 4,470 – 6,500 EUR/month depending on experience.
• Access to Reforge, Coach Hub, global conferences, and physical/digital libraries.
• Hybrid flexibility- modern offices in Vilnius and Kaunas, or work from anywhere.
• Health insurance from Day 1, gym memberships, Headspace, recharge leave.
• Internal mobility and mentoring through TesoXchange.
• Company events: Summerfest, Winterfest, workations, team-builds, and more.
• Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge access + milestone gifts for life’s big moments.
