Why this role is important to Field Nation?
Field Nation connects thousands of service providers and clients across our nationwide platform. As a Product Designer, you will join our product team to design solutions that improve and refine our platform experience. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in Bangladesh and collaborating with U.S.-based team members, you'll focus on feature development, platform improvements, and solving real problems for 70,000+ users.

What you’ll do::
• Translate stakeholder-defined objectives into clearly framed design problems and practical product solutions.
• Lead solution exploration and design execution, developing explicit design rationale that connects design decisions to business goals, constraints, and success metrics.
• Design end-to-end product experiences for responsive web and mobile, taking work from low- to high-fidelity and delivering production-ready design files and interactive prototypes for engineering handoff.
• Own design quality through implementation, partnering with engineers to ensure interaction details, visual polish, and system consistency are maintained in the shipped product.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions that improve the overall experience.
• Apply and maintain our design system, ensuring consistent use of components, styles, and patterns from Figma through implementation.
• Produce clear design artifacts (flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes) that drive alignment and accelerate execution.

You might be a good fit if you have::
• 5-8+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products for responsive web and native mobile platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate complex product problems into intuitive solutions, with examples of shipping, learning, and iterating with real users.
• Experience conducting various user research methods and applying insights to design decisions.
• Strong command of UX/UI fundamentals including usability, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience working within agile product teams and collaborating effectively across time zones.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and collaboration with engineering.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and trade-offs to cross-functional partners.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work::
• Working Days: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (3 days work from home + 2 days work from office)
• Working Hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Office Location: :
• Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range::
• BDT 220,000 - 285,000 (Monthly)
