About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer specialized in data visualization to create clear, intuitive, and impactful analytics experiences across different areas of the business. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights through well-designed dashboards, reports, and data products, working closely with Product, Data, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end data visualization and analytics experiences, from discovery to delivery

Create intuitive dashboards featuring charts, filters, selectors, toggles, and other interactive components

Translate business needs and technical constraints into logical, user-centered flows

Conduct user research and analyze usage data to inform design decisions

Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for data-driven products

Define and maintain data visualization standards and reusable components

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Engineers, and stakeholders

Ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and usability in all data representations

Validate and iterate on designs through feedback, testing, and data insights

Contribute to and evolve shared design systems for data products

Must Have Qualifications:

Proven experience designing real, production-level dashboards with charts, selectors, toggles, and advanced UI components

Strong portfolio showcasing analytical interfaces and data-driven products

Experience with basic data extraction and/or analysis using Power BI (preferred) or tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to defend design decisions using data and user insights

Solid understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and system limitations

Ability to design logical, scalable user flows that balance usability, performance, and feasibility

Should Have Qualifications:

Experience contributing to a Design System, building robust and reusable components in close collaboration with developers and design system teams

Ability to propose and support A/B testing initiatives and research activities (user testing, surveys, interviews)

Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams

Nice to Have:

Experience designing for B2B2C products or complex multi-stakeholder platforms

Familiarity with advanced analytics workflows or experimentation platforms
