The Role

CMG works with some of the world’s largest and most complex financial institutions. In this role, you will own feature-level UX design across both existing and new product areas. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design clear, efficient experiences for complex workflows and data-heavy products, while contributing to discovery and validation and driving execution through delivery.

Responsibilities   :
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering on designing and refining features
• Improve clarity, usability, and consistency of existing workflows
• Partner with PMs on discovery, research and ideation
• Translate complex requirements and datasets into intuitive user flows
• Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Prepare designs for development and support engineering during implementation

Qualifications  :
• ~2–4 years of product/UX design experience
• Experience with complex products (B2B, SaaS, analytics, enterprise, etc.)
• Strong interaction design skills
• Comfortably owning defined features end-to-end
• Experience collaborating with engineering
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with working in design systems
• Able to clearly explain design decisions
