Job Description
Lead design across web and mobile platforms, driving intuitive, user-centered experiences for critical applications in safety and surveillance. Responsibilities include owning the full design lifecycle—from research and strategy through high-fidelity execution—while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams. Contribute to design systems, defines visual standards, and produces assets for go-to-market efforts, sales enablement, and customer onboarding. Design mobile and web applications, conceptual prototypes, and feature hypotheses based on research. Accelerate UX velocity across new and existing features through structured prototyping and iteration. Create and maintain scalable design system with reusable components, typography, and UI patterns - ensuring consistency, speed, and clarity across the product. Develop brand guidelines and supported ongoing UX improvements through systematic design updates. Design and build company website in Webflow with custom components, interactive blocks, and smooth animations to showcase product value and elevate brand presence. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Systems Programming, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a Web/digital interface design-related occupation.
Experience must include::
1. Advanced understanding of web technologies, interface development, and design systems;
2. Design leadership experience for SaaS platforms and enterprise tools;
3. Expertise in UX/UI design, creating intuitive, interactive data visualizations (dashboards, charts,
reports), ability to design responsive experiences that properly adapt across devices;
4. Hands-on expertise in Figma and proficiency in visual tools, prototyping platforms, and CMS
frameworks (e.g., Webflow, HubSpot), with experience using collaboration and analytics tools
(e.g., GitHub, Trello, Clarity);
5. Support fundamental technologies (HTML, CSS, javascript) used in web development; and
6. Experience in marketing, print and graphic design, video production, email campaigns and social
media management to support brand awareness and sales.
