Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1800000 (ie INR 12-18 LPA)

We are seeking a Product Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience who has a solid understanding of complex SaaS products and thrives in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Engineering team, and Customer Success to:

• Enhance existing user flows
• Simplify intricate admin workflows
• Achieve visual and interaction consistency
• Create new features for future product releases
• Develop and refine our design system

This role is hands-on, execution-oriented, and entails a high level of ownership.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance & Refine Existing Product

· Conduct a thorough audit of current modules to pinpoint UX deficiencies

· Enhance navigation, information structure, and clarity of interactions

· Streamline multi-step and role-specific workflows

2. Create New Features

· Transform product specifications into wireframes and high-fidelity designs

· Carefully consider states, edge cases, validations, and role-specific logic

· Ensure user-friendliness across intricate dashboard and admin interfaces

3. Design System Advancement

· Develop and manage reusable components

· Standardize layouts, spacing, typography, and UI patterns

· Maintain visual uniformity throughout the platform

4. AI-Driven Design Workflow

· Leverage AI tools to expedite ideation, layout experimentation, and content refinement

· Enhance design turnaround times while preserving quality

5. Developer Collaboration

· Deliver precise design specifications

· Partner with the Product Manager to transform designs into structured Jira tasks

· Work closely with developers throughout the implementation phase

What We Are Seeking

Experience

· 3–5 years of experience in product design

· Background in designing B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or admin interfaces

· Strong portfolio demonstrating capability in complex workflows rather than solely visual screens

Skills

· Solid grasp of information architecture and interaction design principles

· Expertise in Figma

· Experience in building or contributing to design systems

· Familiarity with collaborating with engineering teams

Mindset

· Adaptable within dynamic startup settings

· Takes initiative and acts promptly

· Considers systems as a whole, not just individual screens

· Receptive to feedback and willing to iterate

· Inquisitive and open to experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in reimagining an existing product

· Knowledge of AI tools aimed at enhancing productivity

· Familiarity with workflow-intensive tools such as CRM, marketing automation, or analytics platforms
