What You’ll Get to Do
The Associate, Product Designer is focused on supporting the design and development of innovative building products. This role is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about user-centered design. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
• Assist in the design and prototyping of new architectural products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into functional design concepts.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for production.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
What We Are Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in product design, preferably in manufacturing or industrial design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite.)
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
