Product Description Assistant - Remote, Part-time

Hours: 20 hours per week;

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Description Assistant to help standardize and format product pages across our website. This role is primarily focused on ensuring consistency, clarity, and uniform structure across SKUs.

You will not be writing product descriptions from scratch. Instead, We will provide the description content, formatting guidelines, keys, and coding instructions. Your responsibility will be to carefully and accurately input the information into the system while strictly following the provided standards.

The goal is to create clean, consistent, Amazon-style product pages with clear formatting and structured presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually input and format product descriptions based on provided templates and guidelines
• Ensure uniform structure across all product pages
• Follow formatting rules for headings, bullet points, feature sections, and specifications
• Apply provided keys, tags, and coding elements accurately
• Maintain consistency in layout, tone, and structure across SKUs
• Perform quality checks before marking pages complete
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information when necessary

Requirements:
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with repetitive tasks
• Strong written English comprehension
• Able to follow structured formatting guidelines precisely
• Comfortable working inside CMS or e-commerce platforms
• Organized and disciplined with high accuracy standards

• Patient and consistent with large-volume work
• Experience formatting product pages for e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with Amazon-style listings (structured bullets, features, specs)
• Basic understanding of SEO formatting (headers, keywords, clarity)
• Experience with HTML or basic formatting codes
