We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who can effectively bridge product strategy with execution excellence. This role blends product thinking, agile delivery practices, and technical understanding to lead cross-functional teams, deliver customer-centric outcomes, and continuously improve delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Scrum experience, strong delivery ownership, and the technical fluency needed to partner closely with engineering, data, and design teams.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery for one or more product areas, from discovery and planning through launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate product strategy and OKRs into actionable roadmaps, release plans, and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain delivery artifacts such as roadmaps, sprint backlogs, release plans, dependency maps, and status reports.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, data, QA, marketing, and operations teams.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders on discovery activities, user research, problem framing, and solution definition.
• Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change; identify and resolve blockers with stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery quality and release readiness by defining acceptance criteria, coordinating QA/UAT, and supporting rollout plans.
• Track delivery health using key metrics such as velocity, predictability, cycle time, WIP, and flow efficiency.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by defining metrics, instrumentation, and dashboards to measure impact.
• Maintain strong documentation and release discipline while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and performance standards.
• Coach and mentor teams on agile best practices, estimation techniques, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
• 4–5 years of experience in product delivery, Scrum Master, technical project/program management, or similar hybrid roles.
• Proven success delivering software products end-to-end in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and roadmap planning.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira or Linear for delivery tracking and reporting (velocity, burndown, burnup).
• Solid technical literacy with the ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, data models, CI/CD, and cloud concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Working proficiency in Hindi for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Agile or delivery certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, Prince2, or SAFe (certification is a plus, capability is key).
• Experience in high-growth product companies, marketplaces, or consumer e-commerce/travel domains.
• Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled products, experimentation platforms, and feature-flagging tools.
