• Lead and mentor a team of Product Data Analysts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and ERP system requirements.
• Allocate tasks effectively across SQL querying, data transformation, and ERP integration activities.
• Provide training and guidance to strengthen team capability in technical English and data processing.
• Utilise SQL queries to extract and analyse data using tools such as MS Access or MySQL.
• Transform raw data in bulk into structured, ERP-ready product data.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them effectively into ERP systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues, driving continuous improvement in reporting and workflow processes.

Requirements:
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5-8+ years’ experience in product data, master data, or ERP data management environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL querying and database techniques.
• Experience working within ERP systems (Oracle or manufacturing ERP environments advantageous).
• Experience within manufacturing, commercial, or supply chain environments (advantageous).
• Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
