Job Description

We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to support the processing, maintenance, and optimisation of product data to ensure accuracy and integrity within ERP systems. This role plays a key part in supporting operations by delivering structured and reliable product data for supply chain, retail, and finance functions.

• Utilise SQL queries to perform data extraction and analysis using tools such as MS Access or MySQL.
• Transform raw data in bulk from diverse sources into properly structured data for ERP system integration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data for manufactured and purchased products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them effectively into ERP systems.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues, supporting continuous improvement in reporting and workflow processes.
• Ensure adherence to formalised product code structures and data governance standards.
• Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements:
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in product data, master data, ERP data processing, or similar analytical environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL querying and database techniques.
• Ability to operate within a structured, process-driven environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, commercial, or supply chain environments (advantageous).
• Exposure to Oracle or manufacturing ERP systems (advantageous).
