Karbon is hiring a Product Coordinator—a high-energy, organized, and proactive individual who will act as a central hub for our Product and Technology teams. You will play a dual role, providing executive support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) while ensuring seamless coordination across critical product and engineering projects.
About the Role
You will be the right hand to our CPO and CTO, managing their complex schedules and priorities while simultaneously driving operational excellence across the Product and Technology organizations. You’ll operate at the intersection of leadership and execution, ensuring that our most important initiatives stay on track and that our executive leaders are set up for success.
This role reports into the Chief Product Officer.
Executive Support & Enablement
• Strategic Calendar Management: Proactively manage and optimize the calendars of the CPO and CTO, ensuring their time is aligned with Karbon’s highest strategic priorities.
• Executive Communication: Draft internal and external communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CPO/CTO, ensuring a consistent and professional voice.
• Meeting Lifecycle Management: Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing actionable minutes, and rigorously following up on outstanding items.
• Operational Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for the CPO/CTO, triaging requests and facilitating smooth communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Product & Technology Coordination
• Cross-Functional Project Support: Coordinate across various projects within the Product and Technology domains, tracking milestones, identifying dependencies, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
• Portfolio Tracking: Maintain visibility into the product roadmap and engineering initiatives, assisting in the preparation of status updates for the broader organization.
• Internal Events & Offsites: Lead the planning and execution of Product and Technology team events, town halls, and strategic offsites to foster a strong, collaborative culture.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement administrative and operational efficiencies that help the Product and Technology teams move faster and with more clarity.
Operational Excellence
• Documentation Management: Ensure that critical product and technical documentation, meeting archives, and project repositories are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Help bridge gaps between Product, Engineering, Design, and other departments by ensuring clear information flow and shared understanding of goals.
In this role, success typically means:
• The CPO and CTO are operating at peak efficiency, with their time focused on high-leverage strategic activities.
• Product and Technology projects are better coordinated, with fewer "surprises" and clearer cross-functional communication.
• The Product and Technology teams feel supported, informed, and connected through well-executed internal events and communications.
• You are recognized as a trusted partner who brings order, clarity, and momentum to the organization.
About You!
• Proven Coordination Experience: Significant experience in a coordinator, project management, or high-level executive assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
• Superior Organization: Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities without dropping the ball.
• Executive Presence: High level of professionalism and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and diverse global teams.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can distill complex information into clear, actionable updates.
• Technical Literacy: A baseline understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and product management principles to effectively navigate the team's landscape.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to anticipate needs before they are explicitly stated.
Nice to have
• Experience using tools like Linear, Slite, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage projects and communications.
• Previous experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in a distributed, multi-location team environment.
• A passion for product development and an interest in how technology teams build and ship software.
