Product Control Associate - Digital Assets

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Control Associate to join our Product Control team. You will support daily and monthly financial reporting activities for the digital asset trading desk. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations Team, Traders, Finance, and Treasury to maintain data integrity, manage profit and loss (P&L), and strengthen financial controls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong finance background to gain hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency industry.

Responsibilities::
• Maintain data integrity for crypto transactions, including validation, reconciliation, pricing, and uploads into our crypto accounting system.
• Handle specific adjustments for investments, airdrops, and OTC securities.
• Generate and analyze daily P&L reports, investigate variances, obtain approvals, and report to stakeholders.
• Review new trades, products and wallets to ensure accurate labelling and measurement for data integration into backend system.

Requirements::
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Product Control, or Operations roles.
• Prior experience with crypto, digital assets, or Cryptio is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Python coding is a plus.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Self-disciplined with strong attention to detail.
• Proven project experience, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with crypto tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
