About the Role

Glomo Payments is looking for a Product Builder — someone who can own the full lifecycle of a product from zero to one. This isn't a traditional product management role. We're looking for builders who can validate an idea, rapidly prototype and build using AI, drive early adoption, and execute the initial go-to-market strategy before handing it off to the sales team.

You will report directly to the Founders and work at the intersection of product thinking, AI-powered execution, and business growth.If you're curious about what's possible in the upcoming age of AI and want to build things that matter — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate product ideas through research, user conversations, and rapid experimentation.

• Build functional products and prototypes using AI tools — from concept to working product.

• Own the end-to-end product cycle: ideation, building, launch, and iteration.

• Drive early adoption through creative distribution, user onboarding, and feedback loops.

• Execute early GTM strategies and build traction before handing over to the sales team.

• Define and track key metrics to measure product-market fit and user engagement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Product, Startup, or Builder roles.

• Demonstrated ability to build — whether it's shipping side projects, prototypes, or products using AI tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action.

• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar.

• Cross-border, fintech, or payments experience is a plus.
