About the Role

Cartesia is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join our PRO (Product Research and Operations) team on an initial 3-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is technically capable, has strong instincts around audio quality, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Your Impact

• Operate and execute voice production workflows - specifically synthetic voice creation and quality evaluation

• Annotate audio quality to an extreme level of detail, providing confidence on the quality of a voice and becoming the go-to expert for voice quality across the teams

• Support with executing research and analysis objectives in the domain of voices

• Support on ad-hoc tasks within the PRO team - you will need to be flexible, high-throughput, and reliable

What You Bring

• Strong project management instincts — able to juggle multiple workstreams, keep things moving, and never let things slip through the cracks

• Technical skills; understanding of how API’s work, LLMs, and basic Python/SQL programming skills

• Experience working with audio (e.g,. voice actor, engineer or linguist), with strong opinions on voice quality

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to execute tasks rapidly without sacrificing quality

• Research-driven mindset — curious, hypothesis-oriented, and comfortable digging into data to find answers rather than waiting for direction

• Startup mindset - keen to learn and grow with us potentially longer term

Contract Details

• Rate: £35 per hour

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Duration: Initial 3 months, with possibility of extension

• Location: In-person at our London Soho Office, minimum 4 days a week

• IR35 status: Inside IR35
