What is this role like?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong product instincts and deep technical expertise. In this role, you’ll lead complex initiatives end-to-end—working closely with engineering and business teams to turn technical possibilities into real product value. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively providing data analyses and insights to the function.

• Interpret KPIs with a clear understanding on results vs. expected targets.

• Continuously assess and refine existing metrics and KPIs and develop new ones that drive business growth.

• Work closely with the rest of the Product & Engineering team to ensure alignment, adopt best practices in data visualization, and facilitate seamless information flow from the hub to the spoke and vice versa.

• Contribute to fostering a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience with BI tools (any service, but Metabase is a plus)

• Experience understanding client dashboard and reporting requirements and transforming them into visualizations.

• Experience dealing with external stakeholders.

• Advanced English Communication.
