Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Assist in the management and analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and aid decision-making. Experience with tools such as Excel, and Python for data analysis is preferred.

• Communication: Work cross-functionally with teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements. The ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner is essential.

• Conduct a detailed analysis of key trends and growth drivers for the DeFi products. Assist leadership in formulating a launch strategy for each chain

• Set up and monitor KPIs for Stader Labs on each chain

• Formulate and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand product penetration on each chain.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience after undergraduate school

• Candidates must be from Tier 1 startups/Web3/Blockchain/Crypto domain.

• Inclination towards Tech and DeFi is a plus.

Bonus points

• Excitement/ hunger to learn about the crypto space

• Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency protocol
