What you’ll do:

The Product Analytics Internship, within the Technology Team, offers a unique opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the company, deepen analytical skills, and learn across a wide range of topics.

The Product Analytics team focuses on:

• Tackling business challenges by conducting data analyses, developing data-driven solutions, and identifying actionable insights.

• Establishing reporting on new features and conducting usage analyses, includingCommunity and Academy websites activities.

• Supporting all analytics requests related to Product Analytics on Mixpanel or Dataiku.

• Collaborating with other data & analytics teams to ensure robust data foundations.

Your internship will be structured around two key missions:

• Set up Product Analytics metrics alerts to enhance data-quality monitoring.

• Build a prototype of a user base that consolidates usage, assignation, community, and learning data, among other information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.)

• Proficiency using SQL to query large data sets, with a strong understanding of statistics and experimentation

• Python is a plus

• Full professional English proficiency

• You are impact-focused, excited to solve ambiguous problems

• You are collaborative, forming trusting relationships with your cross-functional teammates and communicating data clearly across a broad audience
