Men in Blazers is the No. 1 Soccer Media Network in the U.S. With a wide reach and a diverse, vocal fan base, we engage with teams, players, celebrity fans, and brands we love, to share our passion for soccer across the nation. Using humor, emotion, intelligence, and to-the-minute pop cultural aptitude, we provide fans with unique content that breaks down the biggest stories in the game in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and compulsively entertaining.
We are looking for an amazing Producer for our growing portfolio of podcasts and shows. The ideal candidate will be hands-on for every step in the production process for a number of projects.
Podcast Producer
Location: West Coast/Pacific Time Zone required, United States, Remote
What you’ll do:
Captain new, and existing, Men in Blazers branded productions
Direct all phases of production, from idea conception, into pre-production, and finally through post-production & delivery.
Collaborate with both in-house, and guest talent, on the production
Produce, film, record, and edit, a number of different forms of digital media, ranging but not limited to, audio & visual podcasts, short & long form series’, and live events.
Develop set plays to better engage audiences, grow supporter communities, and increase the Men in Blazers brand awareness
Assist in covering live matches, whenever they may be played
End line to end line coverage of social media platforms for content that will enhance Men in Blazers productions
What you need:
Proven experience developing both audio and visual digital content over a variety of platforms.
The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, often times at different stages of the development lifecycle
Deep understanding of social media platforms and tools used to create and distribute content
High level of communication skills
Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members
A deep understanding and passion about the game of Football
Flexibility to be available during stoppage time, when necessary
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud, Audition, Premiere and Photoshop
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
