Producer - Programming (Original IPs), Sports (Contract)

The producers will be working with the team that leads Original Programming and social media content on the JHS platform and our social media platforms as well.
The producers will play a key role in creating all the shoulder programming for the upcoming mega tournaments such as the WPL, ICC Men's T20 WC, IPL, The Women's World Cup to name a few. This shoulder programming will be instrumental in attracting not just the core audiences but also the non-core, hibernator audiences towards the marquee tournaments mentioned earlier.
The producers will also play a pivotal role in creating IPs as part of the shoulder programming that will be taken to the Sales team to create monetisation opportunities for the upcoming sports calendar primarily around cricket.
Their endeavour will also involve being hyper-focussed on incorporation data from the analytics and strategy team to ensure the properties get better watch-time and even better completion rates.
Their responsibilities will include, ideating, assisting in shoots, post production, using AI to elevate storytelling and add efficiencies to the process of story-telling.

Responsibilities ::
• Will be responsible for overseeing the production of all original alternate content projects for the platform.
• Responsible for putting together teasers, montages, segments and other elements for original content.
• Should utilise latest production techniques and available technology to produce top class engaging content.
• Should regularly generate and pitch viable and compelling content ideas to supervisors & show heads in production meetings and elsewhere.
• Works seamlessly with a wide range of production personnel including producers, PCR operations personnel and talent.
• Remains in sync with the worldwide sports news and uses information to support productions and ensure accuracy.
• Should also be in sync with trends across the world of social media and innovations in that space.
• Should embrace the world of AI and use it effectively in storytelling and build greater efficiency

Skills Required::
• 5 years of practical production experience required.
• Strong control over spoken and written English and spoken Hindi.
• Thrives on deadlines, delivering high quality, accurate work in pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Stays abreast of technological advances in animation, video editing and graphics
• Attention to detail is a necessity.
• Flexible attitude towards constantly changing work conditions and environment.
• Must be comfortable about working in pre-assigned shifts.
