Berry Law is seeking a Producer to lead podcast and video production for a nationally recognized, veteran-led law firm.
This role owns end-to-end production of high-impact audio and video content—podcasts, interviews, events, and campaigns—delivering broadcast-quality assets that expand reach, build authority, and cut through the noise.
What You’ll Do
Produce and manage podcasts and video content from planning through final delivery
Lead video and audio capture for interviews, events, and media moments
Ensure broadcast-quality standards for sound, lighting, and storytelling
Build repeatable production workflows and asset pipelines
Partner with brand, PR, and social teams to maximize content reach
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in video, podcast, or media production
Proven ability to deliver professional, broadcast-quality content
Strong production planning, editing, and on-set leadership skills
Experience with field or event-based production a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
