VML MAP is seeking a talented Producer to drive the execution of impactful marketing projects for one of our major international clients. Join our team in our Toronto office, and collaborate with a global network of colleagues to bring innovative campaigns to life!

Please note, this is a full time, permanent and hybrid role (4 days on site, per week).

What will your day look like?

As a central figure in the project lifecycle, you'll leverage your project management expertise and collaborative spirit to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality work that fosters exceptional consumer experiences. Your ability to navigate a complex organization and build strong working relationships will be critical.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client goals.

• Partner with Operations Manager(s) to manage daily workload, optimize resource allocation and ensure appropriate staffing levels.

• Create and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Uphold brand standards and quality expectations across all project deliverables, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Proactively identify and address team challenges, escalating issues as needed, and provide regular, clear reports to management and stakeholders on project status and performance.

You'll play a vital role in a tightly coordinated team of Campaign Specialists, Coordinators, Solution Experts, Operations Managers, and Account Management professionals. You'll be supported by a talented and driven team, all working together to achieve success. What will you bring to the table?

We're looking for a proactive and energetic Producer with a positive mindset and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating the complexities of large, international organizations. Your experience in a client-facing role has equipped you with the skills to build strong relationships, proactively identify client needs, and advise on process improvements that unlock new opportunities for collaboration. If you're passionate about the tech-driven side of marketing – where data, automation, and personalization fuel innovation – and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you!

In addition, you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Coordinator with a focus on CRM and/or digital marketing projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, monitor resource allocation, and contribute to forecasting efforts.

• Proven track record of successful client management, including proactive communication and effective expectation setting.

• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication in English.

• Post secondary education in Marketing OR Communication OR Project Management OR related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Braze, etc.)

• Flexible mindset and able to adapt quickly to demands of challenging and unique projects.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
