About the Role

We are looking for a Producer who will work closely with our Founders to bring their vision, stories, and daily journey to life. This person will be part of the Brand Marketing Team and will be responsible for crafting high-quality, story-driven content that captures the founders’ voice, personality, and leadership across all platforms.

At the heart of this role is storytelling, the ability to take raw moments and transform them into compelling narratives that inspire, educate, and connect with our community.

Your mission is simple:
Turn everything the founders do, from meetings and product discussions to events, community workouts, travels, and behind-the-scenes moments, into engaging, powerful stories and content.

This role requires someone who is fast, creative, organized, and always ready to capture moments as they happen.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders to plan, capture, and produce daily content (video, photo, short-form, long-form, BTS, event coverage).

Turn founders' ideas, thoughts, and activities into compelling narratives for social media, internal content, and external brand storytelling.

Attend all founder-related events, shoots, meetings, and activations to ensure full coverage.

Coordinate with the Branding Team for content schedules, creative direction, and publishing timelines.

Manage end-to-end production: concepting, scripting (when needed), and delivering high-quality outputs.

Build a strong understanding of the founders’ tone, personality, communication style, and preferences.

Ensure consistency of visuals, messaging, and branding across all platforms.

Proactively suggest new content ideas, formats, and creative opportunities.

Maintain an organized content archive and delivery pipeline.

Collaborate with teams across the company (Product, Retail, Community, Marketing) to capture founder involvement in cross-functional projects.

Lead and guide one content creator (photographer/videographer/editor) to ensure all content is captured effectively and delivered at the highest standard.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Producer, Content Creator, Videographer, or Creative Lead, ideally in a fast-paced brand or startup environment.

Strong skills in filming, editing, storytelling, and production management.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and shoot in dynamic environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.

Strong sense of aesthetics, brand identity, and narrative.

Highly flexible schedule, able to join events, shoots, and meetings whenever needed.

Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and the SQUATWOLF brand is a big plus.

Organized, proactive, and always a step ahead with ideas and planning.
