What You’ll Do::
• Translate scripted scenes into cinematic visual sequences using our AI production tools
• Select, refine, and iterate on generated footage with a strong eye for tone, performance, and composition
• Shape narrative pacing by knowing when to linger, when to cut, and when to simplify
• Build cohesive short films from script to final cut
• Push back thoughtfully on scripts, shot choices, or visual directions when something isn’t landing
• Maintain emotional continuity and character integrity throughout the edit
• Balance creative ambition with practical execution

What You’ll Bring::
• Demonstrated experience in narrative filmmaking
• Strong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timing
• A cinematic eye: you understand framing, mood, and visual storytelling
• Confidence making creative decisions independently
• The ability to spot when something feels “off” and articulate why
• Detail orientation without losing sight of the bigger story
• Comfort working from script and shaping narrative arcs
• Experience editing narrative content (short films, features, scripted digital content, etc.)
• A curiosity about new creative tools (AI experience not required)
