About the Role

As a Producer in the Brand and Marketing creative team, you bring structure, clarity, and momentum that enables teams to deliver high-quality work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You proactively support and guide the creative process, balancing multiple projects while driving clarity on scope, timelines, and expectations. You are not only highly organized, but also take ownership of delivery, helping teams make informed decisions and navigate complexity.

You are responsible for leading projects end-to-end, from early planning and briefing through execution and final delivery. You ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality bar.

You play a key role in shaping how creative work is planned and delivered within a global brand and marketing context, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive projects end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and successful delivery

• Lead production planning, including defining milestones, tracking progress, and managing risks and dependencies

• Manage project budgets in close partnership with creative and project leads

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to align on go-to-market plans and ensure creative work supports broader marketing strategy

• Interpret strategy and creative direction, turning them into clear briefs, production plans, and actionable workbacks

• Drive efficient ways of working across projects and teams

• Manage external partners and support contract processes in collaboration with Microsoft stakeholders

• Prioritize multiple productions simultaneously

• Act as a strong collaborative partner, facilitating communication and alignment across teams

• Stay calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced or complex situations

• Support and, when needed, lead key studio or cross-team initiatives

• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines and assets are consistently upheld

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Production Manager, or similar role

• Proven track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end

• Strong production fundamentals: scheduling, budgeting, and delivery management

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies

• Experience partnering with senior marketing stakeholders and contributing to go-to-market planning and execution

• Highly organized and structured with strong project management and prioritization skills

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Skilled communicator, comfortable leading stakeholder discussions and driving alignment across senior stakeholders

• Good understanding of creative processes and what drives high-quality brand work

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Experience with production and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Slack, ClickUp)

We’re looking for candidates who are eligible to work in Sweden. Since our hybrid work model requires two onsite days per week, you’ll need to be based in Stockholm to collaborate with your team and soak up the studio energy.

We are happy to welcome international talent and talent outside Stockholm; however, we will not be able to financially support your relocation. If you are located out of Stockholm, relocation is a must.
