Playtech‘s POP (Playtech Open Platform) Team is looking for a proactive Product Operations Engineer Intern with strong investigation skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Process internal and external customers' requests and issues
• Make investigation of user complaints by application logs analysis and finding solution based on existing documentation
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through ticket systems and emails
• Apply application configuration changes
• Support deployment, verification and testing processes

• Have technical education and mindset with attention to details
• Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrate clear and well‑structured verbal and written communication
• Are able to analyze application and system logs
• Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
• Have a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing
