Procurement Specialist - IT Business Partner

The Role

We are looking for a talented Procurement Specialist – IT Business Partner for the Betsson Georgia to manage end-to-end IT and Technology procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, quotation management, tenders, negotiations, contract execution, and asset-related procurement, while also owning and optimizing the JIRA-based procurement workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of IT equipment, infrastructure hardware, software licenses, and cloud services;

• Process RFIs/RFQs and lead supplier selection;

• Conduct commercial analysis and negotiate pricing, SLAs, and contract terms;

• Ensure cost-effective, value-driven procurement;

• Manage supplier relationships and performance;

• Oversee contracts, renewals, and compliance with procurement policies;

• Mitigate risk through alternative supplier sourcing;

• Own and manage the procurement workflow in JIRA;

• Ensure proper adoption and cross-departmental alignment.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of procurement experience, including IT & Technology sourcing;

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and infrastructure procurement;

• Proven experience managing RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations;

• Experience working with procurement systems/workflow tools;

• JIRA experience and background in tech-driven companies (preferred);

• Strong commercial negotiation and financial analysis skills (advanced Excel);

• Ability to translate IT technical requirements into procurement solutions;

• Structured, process- and KPI-driven mindset;

• Comfortable working cross-functionally;

• High ownership and accountability;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management;

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, improvement-driven approach.
