Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for: 

Procurement Services Analyst 

Your future role: 

• Supporting sourcing activities by conducting market research, identifying potential suppliers, and preparing vendor shortlists for review, 
• Assisting in the preparation of procurement documentation, including requests for proposals, quotations, and information, while coordinating evaluation timelines and ensuring procedural compliance, 
• Supporting the drafting, issuance, and tracking of purchase orders in line with approved budgets, specifications, and contractual terms, 
• Providing administrative assistance in contract and framework agreement management, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates, 
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and vendor databases, and supporting basic supplier performance tracking activities, 
• Ensuring procurement documentation is complete, properly archived, and audit‑ready in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. 

Apply if you have: 

• A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Economics, Law, or a closely related field, 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, 
• At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support within a professional environment, preferrably in a multinational or international organizational environment, 
• An understanding of procurement processes, including solicitations, purchase orders, and contract administration, 
• Experience supporting coordination activities with internal stakeholders or external suppliers, 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when working with documentation and data. 

Nice to have: 

• Command of spoken and written German, with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP MM, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa).
