Your mission:
To support our endeavors in the logistics field, we are looking for a Procurement Planning Support (m/f/d) to join our Procurement Team for an unlimited period in Eschborn, Hessen. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on keeping things running smoothly, both behind the scenes and out on the ground.

New Business Support

• Support tenders for inbound/outbound logistics and forwarding
• Help set up logistics networks for new business
• Research and assess new trucking and forwarding partners

GPMS Management

• Manage and maintain the Global Procurement Management System (GPMS)
• Organize vendor sourcing groups and support supplier evaluations
• Track procurement data and progress across regional subsidiaries
• Ensure accuracy of supplier, tender, pricing, and contract records
• Train and support staff and suppliers in GPMS use

Procurement Planning and Strategy (European Region)

• Align procurement activities with global strategy and policy
• Manage supplier risk and credit rating services
• Monitor and analyze the European logistics market

Support and Management

• Handle procurement issues and risks
• Identify and monitor potential new logistics partners
• Prepare business reports

Your profile:
• Bachelors’ degree in logistics / engineering / administration or similar
• Experience in the logistics sector preferred
• Fluency in spoken Russian and English, German and Korean advantageous
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel in EU, Kazakhstan and Russia as required by business
