The Role

As Procurement Manager, you will be the orchestrator behind the scenes, sourcing, securing, and stewarding the materials, tools, and experiences that bring Faena Wadi Safar to life. You will balance artistry with diligence—ensuring every acquisition supports operational excellence, aesthetic vision, and cultural authenticity.

You will work closely with leadership across Operations, F&B, Rooms, Engineering, and Finance, enabling pre-opening readiness and ongoing operational flow while championing quality, sustainability, and local talent.

What You Will Create

A Curated Supply Experience

• Source and secure all goods, equipment, and services with discernment—balancing quality, cost, timing, and alignment with Faena’s ethos of artistry and excellence.

Pre-Opening Mastery

• Lead procurement for the pre-opening journey—from OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) readiness to vendor selection and delivery timelines—ensuring every space, tool, and touchpoint arrives on time and exceeds expectation.

Trusted Partnerships

• Forge meaningful partnerships with suppliers, artisans, and contractors—particularly within Saudi Arabia—to support local craft, sustainable sourcing, and cultural alignment.

Precision and Stewardship

Manage budgets, contracts, and inventory with meticulous care—ensuring efficiency, accountability, and value without compromising the soul of the property.

Teams with Presence

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, coaching and guiding stakeholders on procurement protocols, standards, and priorities. Support Saudization initiatives by mentoring and developing local talent within procurement.

Performance with Vision

• Balance operational discipline with strategic foresight—anticipating needs, mitigating risks, and ensuring that procurement strengthens both the aesthetic and functional heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar.

Who You Are

• A Saudi National with procurement experience in luxury hospitality, pre-opening projects, or high-end mixed-use developments.

• Experienced in sourcing for multi-department, high-touch operations with strict timelines.

• A natural negotiator and relationship-builder, combining commercial acumen with cultural and aesthetic sensitivity.

• Operationally precise, commercially savvy, and deeply committed to quality and stewardship.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with confidence working across internal teams, suppliers, and ownership.
