As Procurement Manager you will be responsible for building and optimizing the procurement function, establishing a reliable supplier network, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supply processes to support R&D and engineering activities.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Full-cycle operational procurement from requisition to goods receipt

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of components, materials, equipment, and services

• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluation (quality, lead times, reliability)

• Work closely with R&D and Engineering teams to clarify technical requirements and Bills of Materials (BOM)

• Conduct procurement activities in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, including collaboration with customs brokers

• Maintain procurement documentation, supplier databases, and reporting in ERP systems

• Continuously improve procurement processes and workflows
