Procurement Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end procurement for heat pumps, HVAC, and sustainability solution components.

• Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering for accurate BoM finalization.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors for critical equipment and systems.

• Float RFQs, analyze techno-commercial bids, and lead price negotiations.

• Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders aligned with project schedules.

• Track supplier progress and expedite long-lead and critical items.

• Coordinate logistics, including imports, customs clearance, and site delivery.

• Ensure quality compliance through inspections, FAT, and adherence to standards.

• Mitigate procurement risks related to supply chain disruptions and cost fluctuations.

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and vendor performance evaluation for continuous improvement.

Educational qualification:

B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or relavent Degree

Experience :

3 -7 years
