Job Description

Role Purpose

Coordinates procurement across AI and technology projects including hardware, software, platforms, cloud services, and licenses to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate procurement requests, vendor quotations, and purchase orders.

· Track delivery schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.

· Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance artifacts.

· Coordinate with PMs, technical teams, and finance for approvals and tracking.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience in procurement coordination (technology procurement preferred).

· Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.

Required Certifications

· CIPS (Plus)

Language: Strong English (spoken and written)
