Duties and Responsibilities
Managed carrier relationships across North Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan)
Developed and executed procurement strategies for major networking equipment and accessories by partnering with internal business units on upcoming and long-term projects
Prepared and presented weekly and monthly P&L management reports to support business decision-making.
Monitored and optimized inventory management, including equipment stock levels, inventory amortization, and storage cost control.
Built and expanded vendor channels for networking equipment and accessories, including vendor due diligence and commercial cost negotiations.
Identified operational process gaps and implemented timely corrective actions to improve efficiency
Ensured full compliance with company standards, internal controls, and operational procedures
Established and optimized team organizational structure to support business growth
Maintained strong customer and partner relationships within the global networking ecosystem
Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director.
Basic Requirement
Bilingual of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a preferred.
Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry.
Degree graduate in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field.
8 years of related working experience in similar roles.
Possess excellent computer skills.
Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible.
Great written and verbal communication skills.

Work Location: Hong Kong, Korea or Japan (open to being based in any of these locations)
