Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager - Singapore

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage carrier relationship for the assigned countries/carriers

Create and implement effective procurement strategy for all major networking equipment and accessory by working with internal business units on potential future projects.

Create and present weekly and monthly P&L management report.

Monitor and improve inventory deficiencies, such as networking equipment and accessory stock status, amortization of inventory, and storage cost.

Develop and expand vendor channels for different networking  equipment and accessory, including due diligence and cost negotiation.

Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Establish team organization structure.

Strong customer base in global networking

Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director.

Required Qualifications

Bilingual of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a preferred.

Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry.

Degree graduate in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field.

8 years of related working experience in similar roles.

Possess excellent computer skills.

Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible.

Great written and verbal communication skills.
