The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) Systems Tools & Integration organization is seeking a Procurement Multi Family Manager - (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Hazelwood, Missouri, Houston, Texas, Huntsville, Alabama, Mesa, Arizona, Seattle, Washington, and Washington, District of Columbia.
Position Responsibilities:
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of systems and tools.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
• Responsible for implementing and integrates business solutions across BDS systems and tools.
• Manage Supply Chain System Access to include data access security and compliance process
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift:
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• More than 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
• More than 5 years of Supply Chain Experience
• Understanding principles and practices of Access Controls, Data Security & Data Governance
• More than 3 years of experience with Data Analysis & Management
• More than 3 years of experience leading and/or Managing Project’s & Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10%-20% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: Mesa, AZ, Hazelwood, MO, and Huntsville, Alabama:
$114,750 - $141,750
Summary pay range: Ridley Park, PA, Houston, TX, Seattle, WA, and Washington, DC: $122,400 - $151,200
