Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Agent Manager to join our In-Service Supply Chain team in Everett, WA.
Your role manages supply chain professionals ensuring safety, high quality and efficient operations. This role involves collaborating and working with various teams including BCA Supply Chain, BGS Supply Chain, Fleet Chief Office, Suppliers and Operators.
Successful candidates will have interpersonal and coaching skills that empower their teams to complete work safely and with First Pass Quality. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess high level analytical and problem solving skills as well as project management experience.

Our team is currently hiring a Level K Supply Chain Procurement Agent Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate Operations Procurement Agents and Procurement Analysts in project management, operational readiness and supplier administration.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team responsible for supporting distribution of engineering product data to suppliers, processing data distribution requirements for engineering product definition data, directly supporting BCA Supply Chain for procurement contract requirements for access, distribution, exchange and receipt of engineering data utilized by the BCA supplier base.
• Responsible for managing component reliability collaboration (CRC) process between suppliers, Boeing Supply Chain, Fleet Chief Office and Design Engineering.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with suppliers, operators, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
• Ensure that our supply chain is positioned to support aftermarket demands.
• Support strategy definition and execution for our organization.
• Collaborate respectfully with great communication and experience working across multi-disciplined teams.
• Influence the team culture by leading and modeling Boeing Values and Behaviors.
• Maintain effectiveness and adjust when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements.

• This position requires proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment developing strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure overall success of business objectives.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Program Management
• 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15%
• 3+ years of experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communications skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teams
• Do you have prior work or internship experience with Boeing
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
• Supply chain experience in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with developing and presenting executive briefings and driving strategy definition cross-functionally
