Process Optimization Engineering (Professional Internship)

We're on the hunt for a trainee to help us shape how Atlean World is seen, felt, and remembered across digital platforms.

You’ll help us build the engine behind our marketing machine from campaigns and social media to internal comms and brand development with freedom to create, test, and build the extraordinary, without boundaries.

What You’ll Do:

• Help us to plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & across Atlean brands.
• Create ideas into ready-to-go assets (via external design partner)
• Understand the engagement metrics and campaign impact
• Collaborate with HR, Commercial, and Recruitment teams.
• Help organize internal initiatives: workshops, awards, culture-building posts
• Be the daily go-to for keeping our brand relevant, creative, and consistent

Requirements:
Must-Have Skills (Core Skills):

• Strong sense of design and content structure
• Creative thinking and confidence in launching bold ideas
• Solid time and task management skills
• High accountability: when you take it on, it gets done
• Proactivity: you don't wait for instructions, you propose solutions
• Based in or able to commute to Famalicão region
• Fluent in English (B2+ minimum)
