• Salaris in de top 25% van de markt in Nederland - Je bruto maandsalaris ligt ongeveer tussen €3.000 en €3.700, afhankelijk van je ervaring en achtergrond
• 13e maand
• 8% vakantiegeld
• Uitstekende pensioenregeling (slechts 2% eigen bijdrage)
• 25 vakantiedagen + 23 ADV-dagen (in rooster verwerkt)

Wat je gaat doen ?

• Productie draaiende houden vanuit de controlekamer en op de werkvloer 
• Kleine technische storingen zelf oplossen of samen met monteurs 
• Meedenken over hoe we beter kunnen werken – jouw ideeën tellen! 
• Werken in een 5-ploegendienst (3-4-3 rooster) 

• MBO-3 niveau, richting Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar 
• Teamspirit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel 
• Bereid om in ploegendienst te werken
