► Lead and drive the implementation process, delivering high-quality service to ensure optimal customer solutions using Celonis technology

► Transform customer data using SQL to build data models for process analysis

► Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, leveraging Machine Learning and Low-Code Automation to enhance process transparency and automation

► Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, determine root causes, and propose improvement strategies

► Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications

► Support customers with data-driven insights during value creation workshops

► Guide customers on their path to value, ensuring long-term success and adoption

► Collaborate within an agile, multinational team with a flat hierarchy and strong team spirit

► Proven working experience in data engineering, data science, or data analysis

► Excellent SQL skills required; knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus

► Strong analytical skills combined with storytelling and business consulting abilities

► Solid background in business economics, especially activity-based costing

► Experience with various SAP modules

► Familiarity with Agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum)

► Fluent English (both written and spoken)

► Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining

► Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

► Deep understanding of quality requirements in software development
